Aclet is network-assistive security infrastructure. It reduces risk but is not a complete replacement for maintained devices, safe decisions, backups or other appropriate security measures.
No representation is made that every threat, malicious website, intrusion attempt, advert or tracking service will be detected or blocked. Availability depends on correct installation, compatible equipment, power, upstream connectivity and maintained services.
Labels shown by Aclet, including descriptions such as malicious, phishing, botnet or suspicious, are precautionary technical risk classifications used to help protect customers. A classification is not a finding of fact, an endorsement of the classification as established fact, or an allegation that a domain owner, website operator or other person has knowingly engaged in unlawful or malicious conduct.
Aclet relies in part on automated indicators and threat-intelligence information supplied by independent third parties. We do not independently investigate every domain before a connection is blocked. Intelligence can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect; domains can change ownership or purpose; and both false positives and false negatives can occur.
Customers should treat a block as a reason for caution, not as definitive evidence about a website or its operator, and should not republish an Aclet classification as proven fact. If you believe a domain has been classified or blocked incorrectly, email support@aclet.co.uk with the domain and relevant supporting information. We will review credible reports and, where appropriate, correct our own data or refer the report to the relevant intelligence provider. A review does not guarantee that a classification or block will be removed.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA behaviours across current major desktop and mobile browsers. This includes keyboard operation, predictable headings, labelled controls, visible focus, sufficient contrast and support for reduced-motion preferences.
If any content is difficult to read or use, contact Support and describe the page, device and problem. We will investigate and make reasonable corrections.
The Aclet name, marks, original website content, product presentation and proprietary software belong to Aclet Technologies Ltd or its licensors. No permission is given to reproduce or exploit them beyond ordinary use of the website and service, except where law or an applicable licence says otherwise.
Restrictions and legally required exceptions concerning copying, testing, modification and reverse engineering are set out in the Terms of Use.
Aclet uses open-source software in its website, build systems, infrastructure and appliance. Applicable licences remain authoritative and are not replaced by Aclet's terms.
Third-party notices, licence texts and dependency provenance are retained with the relevant source and release records. Where a licence requires corresponding source or an offer of source for distributed appliance software, Aclet will provide it with the product or make it available on request. Email legal@aclet.co.uk for a copy of applicable notices or source information.
Do not test, scan, probe or attempt to bypass Aclet systems without prior written authorisation. Good-faith reports about a suspected vulnerability should be sent to support@aclet.co.uk with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, without accessing other people's information or disrupting the service.
